Terms of Service

Effective date: September 30, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between JNC Investment Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us”), and the firm or organization that creates an ImmiAce account (“Firm,” “you”). They govern use of ImmiAce, our immigration case software, including our websites, applications and secure client links (the “Service”). The person accepting these Terms confirms they are at least 18 and have authority to bind the Firm. Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.

1. What ImmiAce is — and is not

ImmiAce is software that helps immigration professionals organize case information, request documents from clients, and fill U.S. immigration forms.

  • Not a law firm; not legal advice. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or recommendations about any person’s eligibility, strategy, or which forms to file. Nothing in the Service, including default answers, suggested forms, document lists or help text, is legal advice.
  • Not affiliated with the government. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of State, or any government agency. We do not file anything on anyone’s behalf.
  • No guaranteed outcome. We do not guarantee that any application will be accepted, approved, or processed within any time.

2. Your responsibilities as a Firm

  • Authorization to practice. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and rules that govern who may provide immigration services and how, including federal regulations on representation before immigration agencies and state laws on immigration consultants, notarios and form preparers. You will not use the Service to engage in the unauthorized practice of law. You will not advertise or describe yourself as a “notario” or “notario público,” suggest that ImmiAce gives you legal authority, or present ImmiAce’s questionnaires, document lists or form suggestions to clients as legal advice.
  • Review before filing. You will review every form generated by the Service for accuracy, completeness and the correct form edition before it is signed or filed. Forms and filing rules change; you are responsible for using current editions and instructions.
  • Client consent and notices. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and your clients’ consent to enter their information in the Service, to send them secure links, and to store their documents with the provider you choose.
  • Accounts. You are responsible for your staff’s use of the Service, for keeping sign-in credentials confidential, for removing access when staff leave, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@immiace.com about any unauthorized use.
  • Secure links. Secure client links give access to part of a case without a password. Send them only to the intended client, and revoke or reissue a link if it may have reached someone else.

3. Acceptable use

You will not, and will not allow anyone to:

  • submit false or fraudulent information, or use the Service to prepare filings you know to be false;
  • upload malware or content you have no right to upload, or use the Service to harass anyone;
  • access another firm’s data, probe or bypass security, or overload the Service;
  • copy, resell, reverse engineer, or build a competing product from the Service, except as the law expressly allows;
  • use the Service in violation of any law, including privacy, consumer protection and immigration-services laws.

4. Free trial, subscription and payment

  • Trial. New Firms may use the Service free, with full access to its features, for the trial period shown at signup. No payment method is required to start a trial. When the trial ends without a paid subscription, the account may become read-only and later suspended. Trial data is handled like a closed account: you may export it for 30 days after the trial ends, then it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Fees. After the trial, the Service is billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you subscribe. If you subscribe during an early-signup offer, that monthly price is locked for the period stated in the offer (for example, two years) while your subscription stays active without interruption.
  • Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each renewal. Before the first charge we show the price, billing frequency, first charge date and how to cancel.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us, and we will confirm the cancellation by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires.
  • Price changes. Outside a locked-rate period, we may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. The new price applies from your next billing month.
  • Late payment. If a payment fails, we may limit the account to read-only and, after notice, suspend it until paid.
  • Taxes. Fees do not include taxes; you are responsible for applicable taxes.

5. Your data

  • Ownership. You own the information and documents you and your clients put into the Service (“Firm Data”). You give us permission to host, copy, process and transmit Firm Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, and as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Roles. For client information, you decide what is collected and why; we process it on your behalf and under your instructions, acting as your service provider or processor under applicable privacy laws. A Data Processing Addendum is available on request at support@immiace.com.
  • Export and deletion. You can export your Firm Data while your account is active and for 30 days after it ends. After that we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Your connected storage. If you connect your own Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, pCloud or OneDrive account, documents are saved there under that provider’s terms. We are not responsible for that provider’s availability, data loss or policies. You can disconnect it at any time; files already saved there remain yours.
  • Backups. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of documents and filings you need.

6. Confidentiality and security

We will protect Firm Data using reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and will not disclose it except as these Terms and the Privacy Policy allow. If we learn of a security incident affecting your Firm Data, we will notify you without undue delay and no later than 10 days after determining the incident occurred.

7. Our property

The Service, including its software, questionnaires, form mappings, design and the ImmiAce name and logo, belongs to JNC Investment Group LLC and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your Firm’s internal business during your subscription. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

8. Changes to the Service

We improve the Service regularly and may add, change or remove features. We will not make a change that materially reduces the core function of a paid subscription without notice.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk, giving notice where reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12 and 13) survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT FORMS IT PRODUCES ARE COMPLETE, CORRECT OR THE CURRENT EDITION.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS: (A) NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM A DENIED, REJECTED OR DELAYED FILING; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify JNC Investment Group LLC and its members, managers and employees against third-party claims arising from your Firm Data, your services to your clients, your filings, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after written notice. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.

14. General

  • We may update these Terms. We will give Firms at least 30 days’ notice of material changes by email or in the app; continued use after they take effect means acceptance.
  • You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor of our business.
  • If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
  • These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Service, unless we sign a separate written agreement with you.
  • Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
